This rifle is loosely based upon the M4/AR platform. The front of the rifle features a 15" KeyMod rail system, towards the rear of the rifle is a unique stock. The Bolt B4 KeyMod Cobra also features a custom stippled pistol grip to improve grip. The outer barrel assembly, handguard, receiver, buffer tube and other bit of trim is made out of alloy.

The pistol grip and stock is made out of high density polymer. The housing unit for the batteries is found in the stock with is due to the lBRSS taking up alot of the buffer tube. The buffer plate has QD sling sockets to allow for quick release sling loops. The receiver features a 20mm top rail to allow for the installation of optics. The keyMod rail system presents plenty of slots to install KeyMod system has plenty of slots to install KeyMod compatible accessories.
