Quick Summary
Loon Aquel Premium Dry Fly Gel Floatant is a dry fly gel floatant supplied as 1 piece. It is described as temperature stable and silicone based, and it is intended to be applied to dry flies.
The product is also described as not leaving an oil slick on water and as masking human scent. Those are the main points to compare if you are choosing between floatants for fly fishing use.
What to Compare Before Buying
- Format: This is a gel floatant, so check that you want this type rather than a spray or liquid alternative.
- Pack quantity: The product is 1 piece, which matters if you want a spare or multiple packs.
- Temperature stability: If storage conditions matter, compare the stated temperature stability with where you keep your fishing kit.
- Surface effect: It is described as not leaving an oil slick on water, which may matter if you want a cleaner surface presentation.
Before You Decide
Confirm that you want a single gel floatant for dry fly use, and check the pack quantity before choosing an offer. If scent masking or the stated temperature stability matters to you, keep those details in view when comparing options.
