What to Compare Before Buying
- Size: This version is for 8 years, so confirm it matches the child’s current size and intended layering room.
- Fit: The relaxed fit through the body gives a different feel from a closer cut, so compare that with how the vest will be worn.
- Packability: It packs into a drawstring pouch, which is useful if you want a layer that can be stored away after use.
- Weather resistance: It is water-resistant rather than fully waterproof, so compare that with the conditions you expect.
- Features: Check the pockets, collar, hood and zip style against what matters most for everyday wear.
What Else You May Need
If the vest will be worn in cooler conditions, a suitable base layer or top underneath may be needed to match the warmth level you want.
Before You Decide
Confirm the 8 years size, the relaxed fit and the cobalt blue colour before choosing an offer. If packable storage matters, check that the drawstring pouch is included with the selected item.
