What to Compare Before Buying
- Tailgate width: The stated width is approx. 51 in, so check the space on your pickup tailgate before choosing.
- Bike count: This pad is made for up to 5 bikes, so compare that with the number you want to carry.
- Camera access: The flip cover is intended to avoid blocking the rearview camera, so check that this matters on your vehicle.
- Storage and loading needs: The pockets and reflective strips are useful extras if you want small-item storage and extra visibility when loading.
Before You Decide
Confirm the 51 inch width suits your tailgate and check that the 5-bike capacity matches your carrying needs. If rearview camera access matters, make sure the flip cover arrangement is right for your truck. Follow the fitting and use instructions for the exact pad before loading bikes.
Simple Loading Check
Before a ride, lay the pad flat, position the bikes and use the hook and loop straps as intended. A quick check of strap placement, camera access and tailgate coverage helps the pad do the job it is made for.
