What to Compare Before Buying
- Rack capacity: This model is 20U, so compare that with the amount of rack space your equipment needs.
- Equipment format: It is made for 19″ servers and related gear, so check the mounting standard of each item you want to install.
- Mobility: The casters make it a mobile rack, so confirm whether a movable setup suits your room or equipment area.
- Shelving: Two 1U shelves are included, which matters if part of your setup needs shelf support rather than rack mounting.
- Space and layout: The open-frame design and top panel affect how the rack is arranged, so compare the footprint and access you need.

How It Works
The rack provides a 20U open-frame mounting structure for equipment that fits the 19″ format. The shelves and shelf stops add support for items that are not directly rack-mounted, while the casters make the rack easier to move when repositioning is needed.
Setup and Correct Use
The rack includes mounting hardware, a drilling template and an assembly manual. It is also supplied with an online assembly video, which may help during setup. Before fitting equipment, confirm that each item matches the rack format and that the intended layout works with the shelf and panel arrangement.
Using It in Practice
This rack is aimed at organised multi-device setups, such as home server areas, offices, classrooms, retail spaces and warehouses. The open design keeps equipment accessible, while the shelves give extra placement options for items that sit better off the rails.
Before You Decide
Confirm that 20U is enough for your equipment list, that your devices fit the 19″ format, and that the movable 4-post layout suits the space. Check the included shelves and hardware against the way you plan to build the setup.
