These Terms & Conditions apply when you use FatBobs or purchase products directly from us.
Products
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Minor differences in colour, appearance or specification may occasionally occur.
Products and prices may change without notice.
Orders & payment
When you place an order, you are offering to buy the products shown in your basket.
Your order is accepted when we confirm it or dispatch the goods.
Payment must be made using one of the methods available at checkout.
If we cannot fulfil an order, any payment taken for the affected item will be refunded.
Delivery
Delivery options, costs and estimated timescales are shown during checkout where applicable.
Unless another timeframe has been agreed, goods purchased directly from us will normally be delivered within 30 days, as required by UK distance-selling rules.

Returns & cancellations
For most products purchased online, UK consumers can cancel within 14 days of receiving their order.
After telling us you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods. Some products may be excluded where permitted by law, including certain personalised or made-to-order goods.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods remain covered by your statutory rights.
Third-party products
FatBobs may also feature products available from selected third-party retailers.
Where a purchase is completed with another retailer, your contract is with that retailer and their own terms, delivery arrangements and returns policy will apply.
Website use
You must not misuse FatBobs, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use our content unlawfully.
We may update, change or temporarily withdraw parts of the website where necessary.
Intellectual property
FatBobs branding, original written content, designs and other materials are owned by or licensed to us unless stated otherwise.
Third-party brands and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for matters outside our reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
